A man has been charged with murder after a woman was found stabbed in a car park at Crawley train station. The incident occurred on Sunday at about 7.10am on Station Way in Crawley, where police were called to reports of an altercation between a man and woman. The woman was found in a nearby car park with stab wounds and despite paramedics’ efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene. British Transport Police has taken over the investigation due to the location of the incident.
Jason Pascal Flore, a 26-year-old with no fixed abode, has been charged with murder and is set to appear at Crawley magistrates court. Sussex police have urged anyone with information to come forward by contacting police online or via 101, quoting Operation Venn. This tragic incident has left the community in shock and our thoughts are with the victim’s loved ones during this difficult time.
