Authorities report an ‘active shooter situation’ near Kentucky highway with multiple people shot

Multiple people have been shot near a Kentucky highway Saturday night, leading to a shutdown of a section of Interstate 75. The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office labeled the incident as an active shooter situation and said that numerous people had been injured.
